GPS to SMS App Reviews

I like it. My son doesnt have a data connection on his phone but with this if he is lost he can still easily tell me where he is. I wish it could broadcast its position via SMS every X minutes/hours.

I can keep up with where my kids are by SMS Google maps. Good if they get lost too. They can show me where they are and I can help them get where they are going. Good for security too. Thanks, Robert Treadway

Exactly what I was lookin for!! 1. It doesnt send an URL but just the exact component. (Other Apps store you GPS information into their server and only texts out the address of it and I really didnt like it) The interface is so simple and user friendly and creates email/sms instantly. When youre in an emergency situation, this is the best thing you would need for this app. I absolutely love this app. My hats off to the developer.

This is exactly what Ive been looking for! Simple, yet effective interface for sending exact coordinates of my location. One can send their GPS location either by SMS or by email.

I have my kids using this app now so I know exactly where they are. I SMS them and they respond with this apps location. Spooky how accurate these GPS apps can be... But as a parent its mighty comforting too. Thanks to developer for such clean, bug free app thats simple enough for pre-teens (and adults). 

Runs perfectly and is super straight forward. Could use a could more options but that may just screw it up.

Just like the other reviewers I agree this is worth ever penny. Impressive!

Good app, however I dont know how appropriate it is to put iAds in a paid app. If it was free I could understand. 2: There needs to be an option to change the default outgoing message, maybe to just the link only. I only like to send the Google map link and the rest is pretty useless to me.

Take the Target, Nisson, and the rest of the crappy ads out of the paid version and stop with the greed. I didnt pay expecting to watch that CRAP. Commercials are reserved for FREE versions. STOP ripping us off!

Its great, easy, and simple. I would suggest that you could copy the location to the clipboard so you can put it in your already created email or txt. Also, let us make a default email not with our own text. Also... please no iAds in a payed for app?

The position seems right but emailed information shows altitude uncertainty but not altitude! Need to fix this bug.... Also it would be nice to have automatic text message sent every preselected time period without human intervention. Could you consider adding this feature?

Meters only and not correct. Shows my alt at 30m +- 70m.

I went to the desert and used this app to send my location to friends. They got lost because it put my location at the main highway but I was about a mile away off road. I tried it later sending to myself and it did the same thing. Google maps share location is free and accurate.

I like the app. It works well and I have used it many times. By way of suggestion it would be great if you could select to use the USNG.
